It may be ugly as sin, but FileZilla is the kind of robust, takes a licking and keeps on chunking kind of FTP application that is a must have for flaky connections and the vagaries of real world networking.

When CyberDuck choked, you lost everything.
FileZilla? Just reque the transfer and FileZilla keeps on smashing!!!!

All other FTP clients beware…
